She is darling. We are in the process of adopting a 3 year old (cleft lip/cleft palate) from Huai Hua City and she is in the SWI as well. Two of our referral pictures came back with her wearing a jacket just like your Hope's. We are hoping to travel this fall to bring Katie home to be with us.
